YOGA-Class 5

When sadhaka's purity is increasing gradually due to regular Sadhana sadhaka starts experiencing love,bliss,peace at exuberant levels.it happens one by one as per increase in purity.finally a rare state of being which has love,bliss & peace as one state will happen to sadhaka.who ever reaches this state will say " Iam in devine happy ness ".

YOGA-Class 4

To experience that purity now one shall do sadhana. For that one shall need observation, understanding of movements & process of his own emotions, thoughts,body and activities.maintaining keen,undisturbed observation is called entry level meditation in yoga.this process is called sadhana.that one who is engaged in sadhana is called sadhaka. 

YOGA-Class 3

The "I" or "SELF" in everybody is pure prior to its birth by attachment with emotions,thought,body and activities.It will be pure and freed now & after death,if you show disinterest on whatever attached.

UNDERSTANDING BUDDHA

                     Understanding
                  the way of buddha





Buddha does not have suffering while he was in kingdom. But when romed around on one fine day, he noticed

many situations like a sick person, a dead person, old aged person and so on. Then recognised the compulsion in undergoing these situations by everybody. He did not stopped himself by observing just these but he recognised that there are countless varieties of suffering that may strike all the living beings at some point of lifetime.

When buddha asked many learned scholars of that time about the cause of these sufferings, they all replied almost same manner by saying it is the Karmic implementation of the God( the eshwara).

But buddha was not satisfied by this answer and could not stayed quite. He started searching the truth by keeping himself aloof to have undisturbed concentration. Ultimately buddha found the root cause of suffering.

Buddha said

""the root cause of suffering is desire. Desire is provocation of prakriti. Inclination towards provocation is  bondage by desire""
